We did the fast last time and it was very inspirational. We ate anything out of the ground or off a tree. No Meats, no processed foods.

Awesome, Ed. I live in NC, so I'll catch up on the webcast during the week.
Will you be talking more about the fast that you do? I've heard you mention it the last couple of years, and I understand fully the discipline and reasons for it, but I've always wondered about the practical details of it, such as water allowance, juice or coffee, etc.
