I posted this video for the first time about a year and a half ago. But I think it's always important to remind ourselves of why we do what we do. It's all about getting back to the basics, again.

Excellent reminder about the basics.
However, from this video, I clicked on the one about the cussing pastor and my main comment is on cussing. I TOTALLY TOTALLY TOTALLY agree that we must clean up our speech. Yes, Christ met people where they were...........but He never compromised Himself to reach them or to fit in or to be cool.

I agree I'm worn out just watching! And thanks for that reminder. It should probably happen about once a year--a staff meeting or dept. head meeting where everyone re-focuses on the basics and the reason we do what we do.

This is so timely because if we got back to basics in our lives our primary focus would be God, prayer, family, exercise, and sharing a meal together. Getting back to basics means morals and values and truely being our brothers keeper. Why can't we RUN back to the basics today? Things would change if we got back to basics. Thank you
