Pastor Ed, your Biblical, real life teaching is what drives me to watch your program on TV or the Internet or on my iPod. Your technical discussion on building numbers in churches was interesting. I know is an important topic. Now, I would love to see a second part of this discussion posted that is even more important. How the church is or is not effectively growing people spiritually: in their relationship with God, in their holiness so that their lives and choices actually reflect Jesus and Biblical values, in their depth of Biblical knowledge, in real accountability groups, in reaching out to non-believers (training on personal evangelism) etc. So, to me, it's not about the size of the crowd, but the spiritual maturity being developed in the crowd that IS there. Of course real Christian growth is an ongoing lifetime process for those who have repented of their sins and sincerely said YES to Jesus as both Savior and Lord. Hope you three can share this type of meeting discussion and what ways the church is or is not, can or should, further develop the spiritual hearts, minds and day-to-day lives of its flock. Thanks much!

I find myself to often just copying other churches and seeing what works for them... I need to learn to be inspired rather then straight copying. I have got to find what works in our context.

I would love to hear more information on the TV show in Miami. Is it the normal Ed Young Ministries TV show, or is it a more custom Miami focused show giving information about FC?

Thanks for this post. I recently finished reading, "Church Unique" by Will Mancini and your conversation solidified the importance of being unique to your given situation and location. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning!

Thanks so much for this blog I check it out daily. Just wanted you to know our family was on vacation in L.A. and was flipping channels and Ed Young Television was on, we watched your sermon. When we returned home to Allen, Tx, I looked "Ed Young" up on the internet and it turned out there was a campus less than 15 minutes from our home. We found the church home we had been looking for in Fellowship Chuch!
